Motorola had a long-standing reputation for high performing and super stylish mobile handsets. When it entered into the audio device segment, Motorola faced challenges on e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart. So, to overcome this challenge, we analyzed the consumer buying behavior on e-commerce platforms and suggested utilization of rich product descriptions, A+ content on Amazon and Flipkart. This practice resulted in better conversions and enabled Motorola to grow its market share via e-commerce platforms.
