Canon is known for its quality products that strike a chord with their core audience. To celebrate this powerful bond, we conceptualised Canon Anubandh.
Canon Anubandh is a CRM initiative that allows them to celebrate their customers’ special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, etc. This dashboard enabled Canon to recognise these special occasions and send their customers gifts on their birthdays and anniversaries. Within the CRM panel, we compiled a database of their customers and sent reminder e-mailers and SMSs to the canon team. This initiative helped Canon ensure enhanced customer satisfaction levels and retention.
