Indeed approach us to connect with 57 corporates at Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore. They wanted to conduct various workshops, branding, and office engagements.
We created a 360-degree campaign that consisted of pre-buzz branding, data mining, office engagement activities, workshops for HR, and recruiters. We came up with the unique concept #WorkTogether wherein employees were given the unique opportunity to recognize their favourite colleague or teammate by sharing a personalized message about them at the Indeed #WorkTogether surprise box.
We were further able to provide gratification by letting them choose a goodie bag for themselves. The goodie box contained several branded items such as sticky notes, coffee mugs, caps, t-shirts, etc. With the campaign reaching out to around 1, 20,000 people, the campaign was a huge success and helped Indeed further consolidate its market position.
