Disty Day or Distributor’s Day is a strong R&R program that delighted not just the channel partners but also the frontline sales team in order to boost their morale, recognizing and commemorating contributions every month and in every quarter of the fiscal year. Programs in a box with monthly themes were created into live celebrations on-location. A single-day event ‘Disty Day’ is celebrated in every individual Distributor’s branch office. The program, at the time of this update, has completed 30 successful months of theme-driven effective R&R.
