Shell India wanted to scale up its face-to-face customer engagements to build relationships, brand awareness, and loyalty with their target audience in focused sectors. We recommended on-ground activation, events, and exhibitions to meet these goals.
We focused on the standardization of content for on-ground activations and other media to make this initiative a success. Pre and post-event activities were strengthened. As a result, we ended up wrapping a series of Pan-India B2B exhibitions with Shell India in record time.
